Future Earth is contracted to manage projects and programs focused on sustainable development in cities, climate change M&A, economic inclusion (gender, youth, disability) and rural/agric livelihoods, women's empowerment.
We manage both the research and the implementation of programs, covering design and delivery, participatory and desk-based research, capacity building and engagement, technology development in Africa, Asia and Europe. Deloitte cert. |
Led 9 projects as Technical Lead for Economic Inclusion and Innovation at Leonard Cheshire covering Uganda, South Africa, India, Bangladesh, Philippines and China. Managed the portfolio of >£4 million from private, public and private sector donors and the in-country implementing organisations and LC delivery teams.

Advancing the Integration of Disaster Risk, Environment and Climate Chanage
For the Overseas Development Institute (ODI), we managed a large international program with a team of 14 research staff to integrate Disaster Risk Reduction, the environment and climate change into all AusAID (DFAT) programs. FE managed & oversaw delivery of a raft of outputs for ODI and the Australian Government. The work was based on case studies in 6 SE Asian countries using a combination of desk-based and in-country consultation in support of NAPAs and CAPs in these countries. |
Foreign and Commonwealth Office - Mongolia
Future Earth secured funding and managed two projects in Mongolia in 2014-15 funded by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Mongolia on behalf of its client. 1. The first comprised a fact-finding mission, stakeholder engagement, delivering a feasibility study and facilitating high level workshop. 2. The second project focused on technical assistance for spatial planners and data and information technicians and deeper engagement with city decision makers and CSOs representing the poorest communities. |
